We are seeking an experienced Odoo Implementation Consultant to support a large-scale ERP transformation programme for a growing organisation based in Antwerp.
The successful consultant will be responsible for gathering business requirements, configuring Odoo modules, supporting integrations, and driving the implementation through to testing and go-live.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements
• Lead workshops with key business stakeholders
• Configure and optimise Odoo ERP modules
• Support process mapping and solution design activities
• Work closely with technical teams on integrations and customisations
• Support data migration and system deployment activities
• Deliver user training and adoption support
• Produce functional documentation and process flows

• 4+ years' experience delivering Odoo implementation projects
• Strong functional knowledge of Odoo ERP
• Proven experience delivering full lifecycle ERP implementations
• Strong business process analysis and requirements gathering skills
• Experience supporting integrations, data migration, and testing activities
• Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
• Experience working in manufacturing, distribution, retail, or supply chain environments is desirable
• Ability to work independently within a fast-paced project environment
