Manutti is a Belgian luxury outdoor furniture brand with strong international ambitions.

To accelerate our growth in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the United Kingdom, we are looking for an experienced sales professional with a strong background in premium outdoor furniture and luxury design, a deep understanding of dealer networks and a genuine drive to develop markets through strong personal relationships.

This is a highly international role. You will spend a significant amount of time in your target markets, close to customers, prospects and opportunities, while remaining strongly connected to the Manutti team through regular presence at our headquarters in Belgium.

As External Sales Manager DACH & UK, you take commercial ownership of your markets.

You will:

• Grow and strengthen our network of premium dealers

• Identify and onboard new high-potential partners

• Develop existing accounts and drive sustainable growth

• Increase showroom visibility, product presence and sell-through

• Identify opportunities within retail and project business

• Build strong relationships with dealers, architects, designers and key partners

• Represent Manutti at customer meetings, events and international fairs

• Stay close to the market and turn opportunities into concrete results
  
  YOUR PROFILE

  We are looking for a commercially driven relationship builder with the instinct of a hunter and the discipline of a strong account manager.

  You bring:

  • Solid international B2B sales experience

  • Proven experience in premium outdoor furniture, luxury furniture or high-end design

  • Strong experience with dealer and distribution networks

  • A track record in both new business and key account development

  • A strong affinity with luxury, architecture and design

  • An autonomous, entrepreneurial and result-driven mindset

  • The flexibility and willingness to travel extensively

  Fluent German and English are essential.

  Additional languages are a strong asset.
