Maintenance Technician (Fixed Night Shift)

Your role

As a Maintenance Technician in the fixed night shift, you are essential to our production process. You ensure that machines operate at their best, perform preventive maintenance, and resolve malfunctions quickly and effectively. With your technical skills and problem-solving mindset, you keep the production running even while the world sleeps.

What will you do?

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on machines and installations.
• Detect, analyze, and fix malfunctions (primarily electrical, ideally with mechanical expertise).
• Start up and optimize production lines.
• Actively contribute to improving the reliability and efficiency of the equipment.
• Collaborate with a team and report to the technical service manager.

Work schedule

• 2 workdays (2 x 7.36 hours) and 2 weekend days (2 x 11 hours), offering a steady yet varied schedule.

• A technical degree or relevant experience in a production environment.
• Broad technical knowledge of mechanics, electricity, and pneumatics; PLC knowledge is a plus.
• A flexible, positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
• A team player who is eager to learn and improve.
• Fluency in Dutch or English.
