Your responsibilities as Senior Executive Assistant

• You prepare executive and management meetings, including agendas, presentations, and strategic briefing notes
• You support and monitor the follow-up of business reviews and strategic action points
• You act as a key liaison between senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment at executive level
• You develop and structure strategic presentations, notes, and key messages
• You translate complex business information into clear insights and priorities, in close collaboration with the Personal Assistant

Your profile as Senior Executive Assistant

• You have experience as an Executive Assistant at senior or C-level within a corporate environment
• You are highly organised and able to set priorities with ease
• You work proactively, in a structured and autonomous way
• You are discreet and able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
• You have an excellent command of Dutch and English, with a good knowledge of French
