• Optimize staffing, productivity, and operational efficiency.
• Partner closely with Head Office teams on merchandising, marketing, and retail initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and support business growth.
• Foster a positive, engaging, and high-performance culture.

• Proven experience in a multi-site retail management role within fashion, lifestyle, or premium retail.
• Strong commercial mindset with a track record of delivering results.
• Inspirational leader with excellent coaching and people management skills.
• Data-driven and comfortable analyzing performance indicators.
• Passion for customer experience and brand excellence.
• Hands-on, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Fluent in French, Dutch and English.
