Project Associate – Development

At S-Biomedic, we are passionate about cutting-edge microbiome science. We are looking for a Project Associate – Development to join our team. You will be operating at the intersection of research, development, and manufacturing and we offer a unique opportunity to work closely with experts across multiple disciplines within our company.

Your responsibilities?

- Project Coordination & Execution:

• Support project planning, timeline tracking, and milestone management.
• Coordinate activities across R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, and external partners.
• Maintain project plans, action trackers, risk registers, and project documentation.
• Prepare project status reports, meeting minutes, and presentation materials.
• Follow up on project deliverables and ensure alignment with agreed timelines.
• Support stakeholder communication and information flow across teams.

- Data Management & Reporting:

• Consolidate and organize project data from multiple sources.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support decision-making.
• Monitor project KPIs and provide regular progress updates.
• Ensure project documentation remains accurate and up-to-date.

- Quality & Documentation Support:

• Support the maintenance of Quality Management System (QMS) documentation.
• Assist in the preparation and review of technical and quality documents.
• Help ensure compliance with internal procedures and documentation standards.
• Support inventory and sample tracking activities where required.

Your qualifications?

- Technical competencies & IT competencies:

• Basic understanding of project management principles and tools within development, manufacturing, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, or other regulated environments.
• Ability to support the preparation and maintenance of project plans, timelines, milestones, action trackers, and project documentation.
• Experience coordinating tasks across multiple stakeholders and facilitating communication between internal teams and external partners.
• Ability to collect, consolidate, and report project information to support project monitoring and decision-making.
• Understanding of project risks and issues, with the ability to identify, document, and escalate concerns appropriately.
• Experience preparing meeting minutes, action logs, project reports, and presentation materials.
• Familiarity with coordinating materials, samples, inventory, or logistics-related activities to support project execution.
• Ability to organize and visualize project data using spreadsheets, dashboards, or reporting tools.
• Basic understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS), documentation practices, and compliance requirements in regulated environments.
• Ability to support the preparation, review, and maintenance of technical and quality documentation.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accurate record keeping.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.
• Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira, Monday.com, or equivalent.
• Ability to create basic dashboards, reports, and project trackers.

- Fluent in English.

- Experience: 2+ years of experience in Project Coordination, Project Management Support, Operations, Quality, Manufacturing, Product Development, or a related role within Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, Cosmetics, FMCG, or other technical environments.

- Eduation:

• Bachelor’s /Masters degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or a related technical or scientific discipline.
• Formal training or certification in Project Management (e.g. PRINCE2 Foundation/Practitioner, PMP, CAPM, Agile or equivalent) is a plus.
