Production worker in 2 shifts 🥾

As a production worker, you will work together with a colleague every day to manufacture safety boots 👢. You will place components such as the steel toe cap, lining and sole into the mould. The machine automatically injects the plastic, after which you remove the finished boot. In between production runs, you clean the machine to ensure it is ready for the next production cycle.

After training, you will also be able to operate other machines. You will cut away larger excess pieces and trim fine seams ✂️. You will carry out quality checks and pay close attention to detail. Every boot must meet strict quality standards. With your keen eye for detail, you make sure that only top-quality products leave the facility.

Who are we looking for?

• You have some initial stable experience in a production environment ⚙️
• You speak English well; Dutch is a plus.
• You have your own means of transportation (public transport is not available).
• You are attentive and have an eye for detail. 👀
• You can work at a fast pace and are physically fit. 💪
• You are not afraid of physically demanding work.
