This internationaly active production company is looking for a highly self-motivated, results oriented and solutions driven Management Trainee with a general interest in all levels of a business and a general interest in developing new technologies. After completing the management trainee program, you will be assigned to a full-time position in Sales.

The client's management trainee program is designed for recent university graduates who are highly motivated and have the potential to excel as future global leaders at the company. The training program is customized to meet the skills of the employee along with the needs of the company.

It offers challenging work assignments along with hands on training in manufacturing, quality control, administration, sales & marketing, and logistics. You will be exposed to all areas of the business and learn by successfully completing various projects in the different departments.

• A master or bachelor degree.
• If you have already strong sales skills for new account development that would be an advantage.
• 2 years of previous work experiences.
• A fluent pen and verbal skills in English and Dutch. Any additional languages would be great.
• Able to work autonomously, in a structured and efficient way.
• Strong sense of urgency, listening, communication and organizational skills.
