Purchasing & Supply Chain Officer (FR/NL/EN)

Our client is a well-established company operating within an international environment. Known for its customer-focused approach and operational excellence, the company is looking to strengthen its Supply Chain department with a motivated and detail-oriented Purchasing & Supply Chain Officer.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with suppliers, sales teams, and supply chain professionals while contributing to the smooth flow of daily operations.

As a Purchasing & Supply Chain Officer, you will provide key administrative support to the purchasing and supply chain teams and help ensure an efficient and reliable supply process.

Your responsibilities include:

• Processing and monitoring purchase orders and supplier information
• Following up on delivery schedules and supplier commitments
• Ensuring accurate data management within the ERP system
• Identifying and reporting supply-related issues or discrepancies
• Supporting Supply Chain Planners with backorders and ongoing deliveries
• Assisting the sales team with product availability and lead-time inquiries
• Maintaining smooth communication between suppliers and internal departments
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of supply chain processes

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience
• Initial experience in purchasing, supply chain, logistics administration or a similar role
• Fluent in Dutch with a good professional knowledge of French and English
• Experience working with ERP systems
• Good Excel skills
• Strong organizational and administrative abilities
• Accurate, structured and detail-oriented
• Proactive and solution-driven mindset
