• You have a technical diploma (A3/A2) in automotive mechanics or equivalent experience
• A bachelor’s degree in automotive technology is a plus
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in the automotive sector
• You have basic knowledge of electronics and experience with wiring diagrams
• You can work independently and take responsibility
• Experience in leading a team is an advantage
• Good command of English is required
• A C(E) driver’s license is an asset but not required
