Internship Administration

Looking for your very first real-world experience as an intern or trainee*? Do you enjoy organizing, supporting, and being part of a vibrant office environment? Curious about how recruitment actually works behind the scenes? Then you might just be the intern we're looking for!

At Robert Walters, we'll welcome you into our admin team from day one. You'll be hands-on, not just watching from the sidelines, and you'll quickly discover what recruitment and selection are all about.

* Please note: This is an unpaid internship, which must be part of your studies (not on a voluntary basis).

What will your internship look like? Every day will bring something new! Your tasks will include:

• Greeting candidates & clients at the office and being the friendly first point of contact for calls and emails
• Creating and publishing attractive job ads on different online platforms
• Helping prepare weekly and monthly marketing emails
• Managing our database: setting up and updating candidate and client information
• Anonymizing and reformatting CVs
• Keeping track of daily, weekly, and monthly reports in Excel
• Jumping in on various ad hoc admin tasks to support the teams

Who are we looking for?

• You're currently studying for a Bachelor's or Master's (Business Administration, HR, Marketing, or similar)
• Available for at least 2 months
• Fluent knowledge of Dutch and French, both in writing and speaking
• Confident with MS Office and eager to learn new tools
• A people person who loves connecting with others, both in person and on the phone
