Talent Acquisition Specialist | HR & Recruitment

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist your responsibilities are:

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-quality talent
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and ideal candidate profiles
• Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from screening to offer stage
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring requirements
• Support employer branding initiatives, onboarding activities, and HR projects

A successful Talent Acquisition Specialist should have:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Initial experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Human Resources
• Fluent communication skills in English and French, good level of Dutch
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities
• Proactive, organized, and solutions-oriented mindset
