Account Manager Veterinary - Lab & Diagnostics Services

Our client is a high-tech veterinary laboratory created by and for veterinarians.The company is performing over 100,000 diagnostic tests per year across equine, small animals, birds, and exotic species. They work closely with veterinarians, clinics, breeders, research institutions, pharmaceutical companies, and zoos. The group is recognized for its scientific expertise, innovation, and close collaboration with the veterinary field.

As an Account Manager Veterinary - Lab & Diagnostics Services - Belgium, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Managing and developing a portfolio of veterinary clients (veterinarians, clinics, breeders, institutions)
• Promoting and explaining diagnostic laboratory services in a consultative manner
• Identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts
• Visiting clients regularly and representing the laboratory at events, trainings, and presentations
• Gathering market intelligence and customer feedback and sharing it internally
• Working closely with internal teams to ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction

As an Account Manager Veterinary - Lab & Diagnostics Services - Belgium, you will have the following profile:

• Degree in Veterinary medicine, animal sciences or related field
• +7 years of experiences in B2B sales, account management & business development in healthcare
• Affinity with the animal health sector
• Strong communication and negotiation skills coupled with the ability to create long lasting relationship
• Sales driven, proactive, independent & results oriented
• Fluent in Dutch & French
