Regional Sales Manager - BELUX - Investment Management

Our client is an international investment firm specializing in discretionary portfolio management for private and institutional investors. Active across Belgium and Luxembourg, the company benefits from a strong reputation and continued growth throughout European markets.

• Contact and qualify high-net-worth prospects generated through marketing campaigns, and develop your own prospect opportunities
• Develop investor interest and schedule advisory meetings
• Conduct multiple discussions with prospects and guide them through the decision-making process until investment commitment
• Support clients throughout the account opening and funding process
• Achieve commercial targets in terms of outreach, meetings, and new client acquisition
• Develop your expertise in wealth management through a structured training program
• Collaborate closely with portfolio management and client service teams to deliver an outstanding client experience

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum 5 years of successful sales or business development experience within financial services
• Fluent in Dutch or French, with a professional command of English
• Proven track record in acquiring high-net-worth clients and generating new investment business
• Strong consultative selling skills and confidence discussing investment-related topics
• Entrepreneurial mindset, resilience and excellent relationship-building abilities
