Customer Experience Specialist France - Region Kontich

With a strong focus on innovation and customer satisfaction, our client has built an excellent reputation in both B2B and B2C markets. To strengthen their customer experience team, they are currently looking for a service-driven professional with a strong affinity for the French market.

Company is located in the region of Kontich/Edegem. Easy connection with car & public transport.

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers in the French market (B2B).
• Advise customers on products, collections, and available solutions.
• Handle customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional and solution-oriented manner.
• Process, manage, and follow up on orders within the ERP system.
• Coordinate the order flow and ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Work closely with the sales, logistics, and planning teams to guarantee a seamless customer experience.
• Manage customer complaints and provide effective and customer-focused solutions.
• Support commercial initiatives, quotations, and after-sales activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, communication, and customer service.
• Contribute actively to customer loyalty and long-term customer relationships.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience.
• Previous experience in customer service, internal sales or customer support.
• Native-level French proficiency.
• Good command of English.
• Strong affinity with French culture and the French market.
• Experience within lifestyle or premium consumer goods sector is considered a strong asset.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for additional sales.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Solution-oriented and able to perform effectively under pressure.
