Our client is a company in Kortemark, a family business that grows, washes, sorts, cuts, packages, and sells various types of fresh vegetables.

For a company in the region of Kortemark, Let's Work is looking for an operator.

During the busy season, you play an important role in keeping the production process running smoothly by operating and monitoring washing lines and sorting machines. Outside the season, you help maintain and prepare the installations for the next production period. You can count on a starting salary of €16.36 per hour, a varied role with responsibility and the opportunity to obtain a permanent contract after a successful interim period.

What will your job look like as an operator?

• During peak season, you operate and monitor washing lines, sorting machines and other installations to ensure a smooth production flow

• You keep an eye on the machines and intervene quickly when adjustments are needed

• Outside the season, you help maintain and prepare the equipment for the next production period

• Technical insight and a practical mindset are part of your strengths

• With experience as an (technical) operator , you are proficient in your job

• Experience with a backhoe loader or truck? Perfect!

• You take ownership of your tasks and can work independently

• You quickly see what needs to be done and know how to go about it

• Working outdoors in a dynamic environment suits you
