Operations Officer - KYC (NL+FR)

One of the most important players in the bank sector in Belgium.

In charge of the control of KYC files : based on local and cross-border requirements and internal process:

• adverse info check
• analysis of the information received
• collaboration with the KYC Coordinator to ensure the respect of deadlines
• treatment of partial triggers

Collaboration with the KYC Coordinator, the Middle office and/or with compliance departments to discuss potential issues and find solutions.
Communicate on the progress (and in case of potential difficulties) with the team leader.
Communications to colleagues will be done in French, Dutch or English.

• Dutch: Fluent
• French: Fluent
• English: Good knowledge (understanding, writing and speaking)
• Minimum Bachelor education or equivalent by experience
• At least 5 years of experience.
• Technical experience: IT tools (Excel, Outlook, Word, PDF)
• Business experience: Relevant education (economical, juridical, business management), preferably also commercial experience
