Program coordinator

European association located in Brussels

• You coordinate and ensure the smooth delivery of the assessments, online or face-to-face
• You liaise with candidates, suppliers, volunteers, committee members, speakers, examiners and hosts
• You work closely with the subcommittee, attending their meetings, taking minutes and ensuring the implementation of their decisions and policies.
• You work closely with the Registration, IT, Finance, Education and Communication departments.
• You carry out various organisational and administrative tasks such as maintaining examination data, drafting reports, updating procedures and policies, and promoting courses and examinations.

• You hold a bachelor's degree or higher qualification and have at least three years' relevant experience in project, administration, event, examination or programme coordination
• English excellent level
• You have a special interest in education and training.
• You are a methodical and meticulous organiser who maintains high standards and pays close attention to detail.
• You show a diplomatic attitude, making it easy for you to interact and communicate in a mature and professional manner within and outside the organisation.
• You are willing to travel by plane (7-8 times a year).
• You are willing to deliver activities scheduled on weekends (9-10 weekends a year).
