Join Terumo Europe as a Social Media & Employer Branding Intern and help bring our employer brand to life through the co-creation of engaging social media content. Working closely with the Communications and Talent Acquisition teams, you will support employer branding initiatives that showcase our people, culture, and impact. Throughout your internship, you will receive hands-on coaching from an experienced Employer Branding professional, providing an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in content creation, digital communication, and employer branding in an international environment.

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in Communications, Digital Marketing, Media, Design, or a related field.
• Available for at least 3 days per week at our Leuven HQ, for a period of 3 months or more.
• Available to start an internship in October 2026 or Februari 2027
• Fluent in English (Dutch and/or German are a plus).
• A hands-on, energetic self-starter with a creative mindset and strong organizational skills.
• Comfortable with digital tools and platforms - you're social media savvy.
• Skilled in content creation tools like Adobe Suite, Canva, PowerPoint, and familiar with graphic design or video editing.
