As a Client Operations Officer, you will manage the full lifecycle of client files, ensuring accurate administration, regulatory compliance, and a seamless onboarding experience. You will work closely with Commercial, Compliance, and Legal teams to guarantee high-quality client service and operational excellence.

Description

• Manage client onboarding and KYC documentation.
• Maintain and update client records throughout the client lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor client data quality and support risk control activities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Compliance, Legal and Commercial teams.
• Contribute to operational improvement projects.

• Master's degree.
• Previous experience in Client Administration, Client Operations, KYC, Compliance, or a similar role within financial services.
• Good understanding of AML/KYC regulations and financial compliance frameworks.
• Fluent in Dutch and French, with a good command of English.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Accurate, proactive, and detail-oriented.
