ACCOUNTANT M/W/X

Perform the PI vs PO control, process and Interact with the internal Operations team to resolve any queries or discrepancies. Engage in external communication with service providers regarding document conformity or service billing.

Perform third party account reconciliations and manage vendor payment process.

Oversee aging balance reminder and cash collection.

Generate and maintain control dashboards and reporting packages that highlight key control failures (e.g., PI/PO mismatch rates, top discrepancies, aged items). Provide insightful analysis to management on control breakdowns and financial trends.

Participate in and/or lead ad-hoc improvement projects aimed at resolving structural issues identified through control analysis and reporting (e.g., optimizing the PO creation process, improving vendor data quality).

Contribute to month end and year end closing processes (VAT, Reporting, Statutory and Tax) Support the timely and accurate execution of month-end and year-end closing procedures, including preparation of journal entries, reconciliations, and contributing to statutory reporting and tax calculations.
