The company manages a complex hybrid infrastructure environment combiningcloudandon-premises technologies, with a strong focus on operational excellence and continuous innovation.

• Lead the day-to-day operations of Infrastructure, Operations, and Internal IT teams, ensuringservice continuity,operational excellence, and delivery of key initiatives.
• Coordinateincident management, problem resolution, escalations, and service improvement activities across production environments.
• Drive the evolution of infrastructure platforms, includingLinux systems, virtualization, containers, automation, and observability solutions.
• Manage team priorities, workloads, and stakeholder expectations while fosteringaccountability,collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure operational compliance withsecurity standards, governance requirements, and infrastructure best practices.

• Minimum5 years of experiencein Infrastructure Operations, IT Operations, System Engineering, or a similar technical leadership role.
• Proven experience inteam management, people leadership, coaching, and operational coordination within complex environments.
• Strong background inLinux-based infrastructures, networking, virtualization, cloud and/or on-premises environments.
• Experience withincident management, service delivery, operational governance, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellentcommunication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with fluent English.
