You will help us to deliver the best suited, trusted, compliant and frictionless interaction across the customer journeys.

At this moment, we are looking for several Functional Analysts in, amongst others, one of the following capacities:

• Collaborating in the implementation of customer journeys in our Web and mobile applications, across a variety banking products (Payments, Credits, Accounts, Investments, …) and in connection to the bank’s backend systems;
• Or translating business requirements for individual or corporate banking applications into feasible solutions;
• Or fostering interactions between employees and clients using the latest technologies: APIs, distributed environment, cloud-based services…

We are open for candidates with all levels of experience (junior, medior, senior), but a strong motivation and interest in the matter are key!

Your job

As functional analyst, you are part of a cross-functional, Agile team. Together, you design and develop qualitative applications to address the quickly evolving customer needs; an exciting and versatile challenge!

• You shape the functional requirements and propose multiple feasible solutions, evaluating the pros and cons of each
• You design the chosen solution in detail according to the architectural roadmap and share it with your squad
• You provide further clarification and support to the developers
• You contribute to the creation and execution of test cases
• You create and maintain clear documentation
• You provide support during the implementation and post-implementation phase

You will delight us if you can show one of the following:

• Practical knowledge of APIs, Java-based distributed applications, Mainframe programs, SQL queries and data manipulation
• Experience with software testing and testing tools
• Notions of data management and software life cycle management
• Working experience in an Agile environment
