• Design and developautomated workflows, business applications, and data solutionsusing Python and the Microsoft Power Platform
• Analyze manual processes and transform them into efficient, scalable, and reliable digital workflows
• Build integrations between applications and data sources throughAPIsand the Microsoft ecosystem
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities, define requirements, and deliver innovative solutions that drive operational excellence
• Lead and support automation initiatives while ensuring high standards intesting, documentation, governance, security, and continuous improvement

• Bachelor's or Master's degree inComputer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Strong knowledge ofPython, SQL, Linux, Power Apps, and Power Automate
• Experience with data analysis, process automation, and business application development
• Excellent analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions
• Fluent inDutchand comfortable working in an international environment whereEnglishis the common language
