• Administer and maintain Windows servers, Active Directory, Exchange, and endpoints.
• Ensure system stability, performance, and security across all Windows infrastructure.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve system incidents, including hardware, software, and access issues.
• Lead IT projects, such as system upgrades, migrations, and security enhancements.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements to optimize IT operations.

• Strong experience in Windows server administration and IT operations.
• Hands-on expertise with Active Directory, Group Policy, Exchange, and virtualization.
• Solid troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
