YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

You will not be “just another technician on site”.

You ensure that HVAC installations operate exactly as they should.

• Installing and assembling HVAC systems at customer sites (offices, data centers, retail environments, etc.)

• Troubleshooting technical issues and actively contributing to practical solutions

• Reading hydraulic and electrical schematics and translating them into fully operational installations

• Ordering materials independently when necessary — you are trusted to manage your work professionally

• Communicating directly with customers in a clear and professional manner

• Reporting your work accurately to ensure smooth project follow-up

• Sharing your knowledge and experience with colleagues when applicable

• Receiving proper guidance and training if you are still growing in the role

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an HVAC Technician / HVAC Installer

• Must speak and understand Dutch.

• Ability to read hydraulic and electrical plans

• Solid knowledge of HVAC materials and installations

• Welding / pipefitting experience is considered a strong asset

• Strong communication skills with both customers and colleagues
