VP of Infrastructure | AI-Driven Technology Company

Build the infrastructure behind an AI-native platform—own, scale, and secure systems that power real-world impact at global scale.

We are looking for aVP of Infrastructureto define and own the end-to-end infrastructure strategy of a fast-scalingAI-native platform. This role combines deep technical expertise with strategic leadership across cloud, reliability, DevOps, and platform engineering.

• Own theend-to-end infrastructure strategy, ensuring scalability, performance, and resilience across all systems.
• Lead the design ofcloud-native architecturesacross AWS / GCP / Azure, supporting high-scale distributed workloads.
• Drive the evolution ofCI/CD, release engineering, and deployment systems, enabling fast and safe product delivery.
• Define and enforcereliability standardsincluding SLOs, incident response, and post-incident learning processes.
• Overseeplatform observability, ensuring full visibility across systems through metrics, logging, and tracing.
• Lead critical decisions aroundnetworking, IAM, security architecture, and disaster recovery design (RTO/RPO).

• Strong experience inplatform engineering, DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure leadership roles(5+ years preferred).
• Proven track record incloud infrastructure (AWS / GCP / Azure)at scale.
• Hands-on expertise withKubernetes, Docker, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or equivalent).
• Deep understanding ofdistributed systems, databases, and production-grade system design.
• Strong background inreliability engineering, including observability, incident management, and operational excellence.
• Experience leading teams and influencingtechnical direction at organizational level.

Technical Skills

• Strong scripting ability inPython and Bash(Go is a plus).
• Solid understanding ofnetworking fundamentals(VPCs, routing, load balancing, TLS, peering).
• Experience designingIAM models, access control, and least-privilege architectures.
• Expertise insecrets management, encryption, and secure credential handling.
• Strong knowledge ofCI/CD systems and deployment automation strategies.
• Experience managingproduction databases (OLTP focus, plus OLAP/document systems).
• Understanding ofdisaster recovery, backup strategies, and multi-region architectures.
