As a Business & Process Analyst, you play a pivotal role in bridging business needs, operational processes, and technology solutions. You work closely with stakeholders across the organization to analyze business requirements, optimize processes, and translate needs into clear, actionable deliverables.

This role combines traditional business analysis with process improvement responsibilities. We are looking for someone who is not only an excellent communicator but also highly analytical, comfortable working with complex data, and capable of approaching challenges with a strong quantitative and logical mindset.

• Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements from various stakeholders.
• Translating business needs into clear functional specifications and Product Backlog Items (PBIs).
• Writing, maintaining, and refining PBIs to support development and delivery teams.
• Mapping, analyzing, and optimizing end-to-end business processes.
• Identifying inefficiencies, bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Facilitating workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and stakeholder interviews.
• Collaborating closely with Product Owners, Project Managers, developers, and business stakeholders.
• Supporting the implementation of new solutions and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Performing data analysis to support decision-making and validate process improvements.
• Defining and documenting business rules, process flows, and functional requirements.
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
• Supporting testing activities, acceptance criteria reviews, and solution validation

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst, or in a combined business/process transformation role.
• Proven experience in both business analysis and process analysis within complex environments.
• Strong experience writing and managing Product Backlog Items (PBIs) and working within Agile delivery frameworks.
• Ability and willingness to actively contribute to backlog management and requirement definition activities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a structured approach to decision-making.
• Excellent quantitative reasoning skills and the ability to work with data-driven insights.
• A strong affinity with mathematics, logic, process modeling, and analytical thinking.
• Ability to quickly understand complex business challenges and translate them into practical solutions.
• Experience with business process mapping methodologies and continuous improvement frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across both business and technical teams.
• Comfort working with data, KPIs, reporting, and performance measurements.
• Experience working alongside technical teams and understanding technical constraints and opportunities.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum, and modern delivery practices.
• Experience with BPMN is considerd a must.

• Professional proficiency in French and English is mandatory.
• Strong written communication skills in both languages are required for documentation and stakeholder engagement.
