Operator Bakery - Full Time Night

What will you do?

As a night baker, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of delicious bakery products:

• You’ll prepare dough for various breads and pastries.

• You follow recipes closely, using the correct ingredients.

• You process doughs with care and precision into high-quality final products.

• You ensure proper storage of semi-finished and finished goods.

• You keep your workspace and tools clean and in line with HACCP hygiene standards.

• You work closely with your colleagues and report to the night shift supervisor.

Who are we looking for?

• You have formal training as a baker or equivalent experience (passionate hobby bakers are also welcome!).

• You work with precision, can take initiative, and are also a team player.

• You’re comfortable with night shifts and available to work on weekends.

• You have initial experience in the food industry and basic knowledge of hygiene standards (HACCP).

• You speak Dutch or English.
