Digital Sales Executive

As Digital Sales Executive, you are the first point of contact for prospective customers looking for international moving services. Through virtual surveys and customer conversations, you assess their relocation needs and translate these into accurate quotations and tailored moving solutions.

Your tasks as a Digital Sales Executive:

• Conduct virtual surveys
• Advise customers on moving procedures - including transportation options, customs formalities...
• Prepare quotations & follow-up and convert opportunities into confirmed bookings
• Close collaboration with the moving coordinators, pricing colleagues and the operational teams
• Follow-up KPI's (quotations, bookings, revenue...)
• Provide customers with a professional and positive experience throughout the sales journey.

The Sales Executive we're looking for:

• You have experience in sales, customer service or the international moving industry;
• Communicative person
• Commercially minded and enjoy following up opportunities proactively;
• Organisational skills
• You work accurately and keep administration and reporting up to date
• You communicate fluently in English, Dutch and French; knowledge of German is a strong plus;
• Experience with virtual survey tools or international mobility services is an asset.
