Robotic Engineer

This is what your job will look like:

As a robotic engineer, you will be part of our driven engineering team, where you will work together to
develop high-quality software solutions. Your tasks will include:

• Develop, maintain, and improve robotic software using ROS2
• Integrate and optimize navigation stacks, SLAM, and sensor fusion
• Build perception systems using Computer Vision (e.g., object detection, visual localization)
• Design and deploy Machine Learning models for robotic perception and autonomous decisionmaking
• Work hands-on with real robots: system integration, deployment, tuning, and performance
  optimization
• Contribute to robot control, localization, and path planning
• Participate in on-site testing and customer deployments across Belgium and the Netherlands

That's why this job suits you:

• You are hands-on and have 3-5 years of experience and strong affinity with autonomous navigation, robotics, machine control or industrial automation
• Thorough knowledge of ROS2, C, C++, and Python
• Solid knowledge in majority of the following fields:
  • Sensor fusion for state estimation and localization
  • Control systems for robotics
  • Path planning & Navigation (SLAM)
  • Computer Vision and Machine Learning applied to robotics
• You’re comfortable working with hardware and in realworld field environments and experience bringing systems from prototype to reliable field deployment
• You are able to work independently and take responsibility for your work
• You have a valid EU driving license (for site testing and deployments)
• You can communicate fluently in English
