Technician's in Lommel with housing (Utilities)

Our client is building one of the most advanced glass factories in the world in Lommel. This ultramodern site excels in sustainability, automation, and technological innovation. As a TECHNICIAN, you play a key role in the maintenance and operation of this state-of-the-art production environment, where safety, efficiency, and environmental awareness are at the forefront.

Well before the startup, you will begin thorough training in day shifts to fully understand our installations, systems, and standards, enabling you to help set the standard in this unique factory from day one.

Depending on your background (electrical or mechanical), you will be deployed as a technician within one of the teams. Your tasks will include:

• Maintenance and monitoring of electrical systems, such as switchboards, electrical installations, and emergency repairs;
• Supervision of gas installations, ensuring safety and proper functioning of these systems;
• Maintenance of HVAC systems (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning), ensuring adequate temperature and air quality in buildings;
• Diagnostics and repair of heating systems.

Profile:

• You have completed technical training and have relevant experience
• You are strong in mechanical and/or electrical areas
• You are solution-oriented and enjoy working in a team
• You are skilled in reading technical plans or schematics
• You can work in a 6-shift system and are looking for a stable, long-term challenge
• You speak good English.
