Customer Service Representative Chinese/English

Our client is a global provider of biological products serving pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and CRO partners. It supplies high-quality biospecimens and cell-based solutions that accelerate drug discovery, preclinical development, and disease research.

• Customer & Account Management: Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, ensuring accurate, timely, and high-quality communication with customers and suppliers while handling orders, inquiries, and after-sales support.
• Cross-Departmental Support & Business Development: Plan, organise, and manage workload to support business development and assist all departments with reports, data, and resources to ensure smooth operations.
• Compliance, Quality & Safety: Maintain adherence to company policies, SOPs, ISO standards, and health & safety regulations while protecting confidential information and promoting company standards.
