Business Development Executive | Southern Europe

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans across international markets
• Identify and acquire new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
• Manage and further develop existing key accounts
• Conduct commercial negotiations and close business agreements
• Analyse market trends and identify growth opportunities
• Advise customers on products and tailored solutions
• Monitor sales performance and achieve revenue targets
• Represent the company at international trade fairs and networking events
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management
• Fluent in English and at least one additional European language (Portuguese, Italian, Spanish, French, or similar)
• Proven experience managing the full sales cycle
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Results-oriented with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset
• Excellent organisational and analytical abilities
• Customer-focused and relationship-driven
• Comfortable working in an international environment
