YOUR ROLE

Join Capgemini as a SAP Backend Consultant and play a pivotal role in shaping the digital backbone of a client’s organization, driving innovation and digital transformation.

Core responsibilities

• Provide seamless data integration and business processes optimization, using development tools (ABAP, Java…) for creating your solutions
• Define project scopes and join forces with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Create waterproof technical designs and manage project implementations
• Stay current on relevant SAP industry trends, and best practices

• Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and expertise and promote a collaborative learning culture

YOUR PROFILE

• A bachelor's or master's degree combined with 5+ years of SAP project experience.
• Excellent programming skills in ABAP. Other technologies like development in RAP/CAP/C4/JAVA are a plus
• Analytical problem-solving abilities to identify issues and propose innovative solutions.
• A collaborative spirit & customer-oriented attitude
• Result-driven & focused on delivering quality

• Fluent in Dutch or French and professional working proficiency in English
