This is a key role for an experienced security professional ready to supervise teams and drive strategic security initiatives across the business

• Supervise and coordinate technology security operations across infrastructure, applications, and cloud environments.
• Oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of the Information Security Management System (ISMS), aligned with ISO 27001 and related standards.
• Lead risk management activities, including enterprise risk assessments, threat analysis, and mitigation planning.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and international standards (ISO 27001, ISO 27005, NIST CSF, GDPR).
• Coordinate internal/external audits and act as key liaison with auditors, regulators, and senior stakeholders.
• Guide incident response activities and support root cause analysis for security events.
• Supervise security governance activities, including policy development, review, and enforcement.
• Lead security awareness initiatives and promote a strong security culture across the organization.
• Mentor and support junior security staff and cross-functional teams.

• Minimum5+ years of experiencein cybersecurity, information security governance, risk management, or security operations.
• Strong expertise inISO 27001, ISO 27005, NIST CSF, and related security frameworks.
• Proven experience in security audits, compliance programs, and risk assessment methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise teams and manage cross-functional security initiatives.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including senior leadership interaction.
• Fluent inEnglish and Dutch (mandatory – written and spoken).
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor) are considered a strong asset.
