Application Analyst / IT Support

Our client is a fast-growing Belgian company operating in the food industry. To support its continued growth and digital transformation, we are currently looking for an Application Support Analyst to strengthen their IT Applications team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on professional who enjoys working closely with end users, optimizing business applications, and contributing to the continuous improvement of business processes.

As an Application Analyst / IT Support, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation and continuous improvement of the company's business applications.

Acting as the first point of contact for application-related issues, you will support users, coordinate improvements, and contribute to the evolution of the organization's application landscape:

• Provide first-line support to internal users for business applications.
• Analyze and resolve application-related incidents, escalating where necessary.
• Manage and maintain business applications.
• Follow up on change requests, software updates, and application improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to reporting, data management, and process optimization projects.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners across multiple sites.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the IT applications environment.

Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent through experience.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in application support, application management, functional analysis, or a similar role.
• Experience working with ERP systems.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (FSCM) and/or Navision is considered a strong asset.
• Experience with or interest in Power BI, reporting solutions, and EDI/API integrations is a plus.
• Service-oriented mindset with a genuine willingness to help end users.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, hands-on, and capable of taking ownership.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
