Medior Functional Analyst

As a Medior Functional Analyst, you’ll play a key role in bridging business requirements with technical implementation. You’ll work closely with stakeholders, developers, and architects to ensure that solutions are not only functional but also technically sound.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Analyze and document business processes, user needs, and system requirements.
• Translate functional requirements into technical specifications and user stories.
• Collaborate with developers to design and validate technical solutions.
• Participate in system design discussions and contribute to architecture decisions.
• Support testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities.

• Act as a liaison between business and IT teams to ensure alignment.7

What we expect from you:

• a least 3 years of experience as a Functional Analyst or similar role.
• Solid understanding of software development processes and system architecture.
• Experience with SQL, APIs, data modeling, or scripting is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, UML/BPMN.
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate between business and tech.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
