IBM API Consultant

With a strong expertise in IBM Integration Technology, Integration Designers specializes in designing, implementing and managing end-to-end software integration solutions using the IBM Hybrid Integration portfolio.

We design, implement and run small and large integration projects for various customers. We have experts in DataPower, IBM Integration, IBM MQ (including the Appliance), IBM API Connect etc. Our solutions play a key role in the digital information of companies.

What you will do:

As an IBM API consultant you will design, implement, test and document the API Management solutions. You're the first person to help our clients to easily make the switch to an API first way of working. This by defining robust microservices and hybrid cloud architectures.

Setting up the architecture and development process for customers starting with IBM API Connect, will be one of your responsibilities. By demonstrate new solutions and product capabilities, you'll keep our customers up to date with the latest improvements. You also get the chance to participate in pre-sales activities and to find new business opportunities.

What we expect from you:

• You have experience in the domain of IBM API Connect.
• You want to deepen and broaden your skills regarding API’s and micro services
• You have a broad interest in technology and corresponding new evolutions such as DevOps leveraging Kubernetes or Security with OpenID Connect
• You have good communication skills and are fluent in English and/or Dutch
