About the role
We are looking for an exceptional pastry talent — someone who blends the refinement of Japanese wagashi with the expressive flavours of South America. As our Top Pastry Chef, you’ll create desserts that merge tradition, craftsmanship, and innovation into a unique culinary identity.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and perfect desserts inspired by Japanese wagashi techniques.

• Integrate South American flavours and textures into innovative pastry concepts.

• Collaborate closely with chefs and product development teams to bring ideas to life.

• Ensure top-level quality, presentation, and consistency across all creations.

• Mentor and inspire junior pastry chefs.

Your profile

• 2+ years experience in high end pastry

• At least 6 months of training or work experience in Japan, ideally in wagashi or traditional Japanese pastry.

• Proven experience working in or with South American culinary traditions.

• Strong aesthetic sense and technical mastery; storytelling through flavour.

• Fluent in English and Spanish; Japanese language skills are a plus.

• Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about merging cultures through pastry.
