Through virtual surveys and customer conversations, you assess their relocation needs and translate these into accurate quotations and tailored moving solutions. Prepare quotations & follow-up and convert opportunities into confirmed bookings Close collaboration with the moving coordinators, pricing colleagues and the operational teams Follow-up KPI's (quotations, bookings, revenue...) Provide customers with a professional and positive experience throughout the sales journey. The Sales Executive we're looking for: You have experience in sales, customer service or the international moving industry; Communicative person Commercially minded and enjoy following up opportunities proactively; Organisational skills You work accurately and keep administration and reporting up to date You communicate fluently in English, Dutch and French; knowledge of German is a strong plus; Experience with virtual survey tools or international mobility services is an asset.
