Audit Manager

For an internationally active advisory and professional services organization, we are looking for an Audit Manager to strengthen the team in the Brussels region.

You will join a dynamic and growth-oriented environment where audit goes beyond compliance. In this role, you combine technical expertise, team leadership and client advisory, while working closely with both national and international clients. You will play an active role in developing the audit practice and supporting long-term client relationships, all within an attractive package including a company car.

Audit Manager - Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate financial audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of mid-sized companies and international clients, ensuring quality, efficiency and timely delivery.
• Manage, coach and develop an experienced audit team while acting as a technical point of reference and supporting their professional growth.
• Act as a trusted advisor towards clients by providing insights, discussing findings and delivering tailored recommendations beyond the audit scope.
• Oversee engagement performance, audit budgets, reporting processes and stakeholder communication while ensuring high service standards.
• Contribute to the growth of the business through client relationship management, advisory initiatives and strategic projects.

Audit Manager - Profile

• Degree in Economics, Business, Finance, Accounting or similar field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in external audit, ideally within an international or consulting environment.
• Registered Auditor qualification is considered a strong asset.
• Strong technical audit knowledge combined with leadership and coaching capabilities.
• Fluent in French and English.
