the client is a leading international professional services and consulting firm that supports organisations in their digital transformation journey. Working with both local and multinational clients, you will help businesses optimise their commercial, marketing and customer service processes through innovative CRM solutions.

This role offers the opportunity to work on large-scale transformation programmes, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to projects that have a tangible impact on clients' business performance.

As Salesforce Consultant, you will have the fllowing responsibilities:

• Partner with Belgian and international organisations to analyse business challenges across Sales, Marketing and Customer Service.
• Translate business needs into effective CRM solutions, supporting clients throughout their digital transformation journey.
• Lead or own specific workstreams while collaborating closely with functional and technical consultants to ensure successful project delivery.
• Participate in all phases of CRM implementation projects, including business analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment and post go-live support.
• Contribute to business development initiatives by supporting client proposals, presentations and commercial opportunities.
• Work within cross-functional teams in an agile project environment to deliver high-quality solutions.

• At least 3 years of experience working with Salesforce in either a functional or technical consulting role.
• Proven involvement in several CRM implementation projects from analysis through delivery.
• Good understanding of customer relationship management processes and commercial business operations.
• Ability to translate commercial objectives and business requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Familiarity with Sales, Marketing and/or Customer Service functions.
• Experience working in Agile environments is considered an advantage.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in multidisciplinary and international environments.
• Fluent in English together with either Dutch or French.
• Experience with Salesforce is essential; exposure to other enterprise platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP or Oracle is considered a plus.
