Asphalt worker

<p><strong>Are you an experienced asphalt worker who enjoys rolling up your sleeves?</strong></p><p>To strengthen our team, we are looking for an <strong>experienced asphalt worker</strong> to join our asphalt crew.</p><p><strong>What does your job involve?</strong></p><ul><li>You assist the asphalt crew with the <strong>preparation, laying and finishing of hot-mix asphalt</strong>;</li><li>You help ensure the correct distribution and finishing of the asphalt;</li><li>You are responsible for <strong>touching up and finishing asphalt around joints and connections</strong>;</li><li>You help create a smooth and high-quality road surface;</li><li>You work closely with machine operators, roller operators, drivers and other colleagues on site;</li><li>You work with modern machinery, techniques and tools;</li><li>You <strong>depart daily from Oostende</strong>.</li></ul>

<![CDATA[<p><strong>What do we expect from you?</strong></p><ul><li>You have <strong>experience in asphalt works</strong>, preferably as an asphalt worker;</li><li>You have knowledge of the different steps involved in <strong>laying and finishing hot-mix asphalt</strong>;</li><li>You are <strong>physically fit</strong> and enjoy active, hands-on work;</li><li>You are flexible and have no problem working in <strong>different weather conditions</strong>;</li><li>You speak <strong>fluent Dutch or English</strong>;</li><li>You are able to <strong>get to our depot in Oostende independently every day</strong>.</li></ul>
